There are several ways you can be part of the RPBDLA. This is an opportunity to connect with the Indian Diaspora in the Southwest of US and how it can connect with the host country, India. If you are a Corporation, a Business, a Bank, an Innovator, an Educator, a Cultural or a Spiritual Organization and you have a product, a service, an idea, or a dream that can build the US-India relationship to the next level, then YOU have come to the right place.
Here are the ways you can participate in RPBDLA.
You may like to simply donate funds as a sponsor.
You may want to include a small souvenir/memorabilia for the 1000+ delegates which will be placed in an attractive gift bag for each delegate and attendee.
You may also choose to showcase your product, service, or idea in the exhibit hallways of The Westin Bonaventure.
For $500 you will be provided with a table and 2 chairs; an electrical outlet, a wi—fi internet connection, and 2 passes to the RPBDLA conference.
You may set up your table as early as 12noon on Saturday Nov 14th, 1 hour prior to the start of the OIFC conference and remove all your exhibit items by 10pm on Sunday Nov 15th.
